Is your device confusing you? Come along to a free 30 minute one-on-one session with a friendly librarian. We’ll assist you with basic troubleshooting and tricky questions. Patience guaranteed!

Please bring along your own device to the session. Bookings essential.

When booking please provide an indication of what you require help with by filling out the 'patron requirements' field. E.g. taking photos and viewing the photo gallery on a smartphone.

Please note that we are unable to provide assistance with complex enquiries, website design, troubleshooting or repair of malfunctioning devices, or participate in financial transactions.

If you are not a library member, please email the name(s) of all guests and a contact number to librarybookings@melton.vic.gov.au to confirm your booking
